Symbolic Frame Definition
The symbolic frame is the image or idea a company wants to portray itself as. This can be done visually with logos, product packaging, marketing, etc. It can also be done by setting company standards and choosing how they portray themselves to the world in press conferences and so forth. This is often the first impression they would like to leave on people.

Reflection
The symbolic frame of a company says a lot about who that company is at their core. As I mentioned, the symbols a company chooses is often the first impression they leave on customers. What they stand for can either draw someone in and appeal to them or do the exact opposite. In the case of the company, I have been looking into, the company's reputation tends to precede what the company does in terms of symbolism because it has been around for so long and is well-known.
