Structural Frame
The structural frame of an organization is dependent on what is important to the company. Once what is important to them is clearly defined, this will determine how the organization will begin to operate. From there, organization goals will be decided, and plans will start to be put into place. Roles of employees and what they will be accountable for will be established at this point too.

Reflection
The structural frame of a company seems to be the essence of what the company is and what their overall goals are. The structure of the company is the starting point that needs to be decided before other planning takes place because all other factors rely on what the structure is. Once a clear structure is determined, leadership can start making goals, assigning tasks, provide training materials, and so on. If the structure of a company changes, almost everything will need to be reevaluated to reflect the new company structure.
