Goals
- Effective team building
I have been working in an online environment for a few years now and have found it difficult to connect with team members. My team works in a call center environment, so the only time we have to get to know one another is through an hour team meeting that happens once a week. I would like to come up with some creative ideas on what we can do to improve our team relationships.
- Empower employees
I would like to improve my skills when it comes to empowering employees to trust themselves and make their own decisions. Whether or not I am available, I would like employees to feel confident enough to trust themselves and execute what they believe needs to be done.
- Effective feedback
I am not a confrontational person and find myself being extremely awkward while providing feedback to employees. I would like to improve my skills and become more confident and effective in coaching.
- Time management
I would like to practice better time management skills when it comes to completing tasks. I believe I can do better by taking the time to schedule and plan when everything needs to be completed.
