Human Resources Frame
The Human Resources frame of an organization says a lot about what is important to them. Human resources reflect the employees of the organization and the people that are hired depend on what major skills the company wants most in their workers. This frame also focuses on training employees to the main values of the organization to ensure they have the tools they need to achieve their goals. This also has a major impact on employee satisfaction and retention depending on what the organization values are.

Reflection
As mentioned previously, the human resources frame is dependent on the structure of the company. If a company is laser focused on providing a good experience for customers, the company invests in making sure the employees they hire care about customers and what they may want. No matter the company, I believe employees should be a focus to organizations as well. It may seem easy to keep hiring and training employees as current employees leave, however, if time and money are invested in the employees that are there the organization may see more success. Employees who are happy and satisfied with the work they do tend to produce better results.
