Estee Lauder is a beauty company who has grown exponentially over the years. As time has passed, they have continued to acquire many other brands which has helped expand the company and it’s success. They are a company that understands the importance of change and always tries it’s best to be ahead on innovation. Their hard work and determination will guarantee continued growth and success in the future

Situation
The Estee Lauder umbrella of companies has been doing exponentially well over the last year, and I am wanting to look into why that is. The Covid-19 pandemic hit a lot of cosmetic companies in such a massive way that many companies weren’t able to ever recover from it. However, in the holiday season of 2021, Estee Lauder had their best quarter yet. Estee Lauder not only had a successful holiday season, they were also able to continue acquiring new companies. The latest company they added to their umbrella was Deciem, a skincare company. This company also saw great success in the year of 2021.
