Political Frame Definition
The political frame of a company is determined by the company's goal and the overall intentions that are set forth by employees. There are many ways a goal can be achieved. Ultimately, this is how a company operates to achieve the set goal. This comes in to play with how employees interact with one another and even how they interact with customers.

Reflection
I have come to realize the political frame of a company isn't only influenced by goals that are set, but also the overall culture. If teamwork is something that is valued in the culture and encouraged in a company, that seems to be the way most employees will go about achieving the goals they need to. Employees are also more likely to be encouraging to one another instead of seeing each other as competition. At the end of the day, the political frame of an organization is heavily influenced by leadership.
