Ethical Frame Definition
The ethics of a company are typically set by their leadership. It's the value and standards they set for themselves and their employees to follow. This is set in place to help make sure everyone in the company understands and emulates what the company stands for and helps prevent bad things from happening.

Reflection
The ethics of a company also ties into the company culture. This is often pressed into employees during any meetings or trainings that are held to continuously remind employees of the standards they are being held to. Overall, employee behavior is heavily influenced by this and determines how they tackle their day-to-day job. If an employee's values aren't aligned with the company's, it can be hard for them to do well.
